Stressed

Stress is a very normal bodily response in our everyday life. In fact it can also serve a useful purpose, when for example stress a stimulant to stop procrastinating and do the job you have been avoiding for some time.

Everyone has different stress triggers and it can be valuable to identify yours. Everyone also handles stress differently, however a long-term stress may include other physical signs like headaches, fatigue, difficulty sleeping and can lead to other problems like depression, skin problems, heart burn and others. If you feel very stressed do not be afraid to seek professional medical help or try talking to a psychologist.

To try and reduce the feeling of stress you can:

2. Walking or Jogging for instant stress relief
3. Write down what stressed you out and what you are grateful/happy for
